Paul Shamplina

Paul Shamplina has spent 30 years in the legal field, helping landlords and letting agents with problem tenants. This wealth of experience led Paul to set up Landlord Action in 1999, bringing his property recovery and tenant eviction skills to the market. Through this, Paul has earned a reputation as ‘The Landlord’s Friend’ and has since written two namesake books with fellow property expert Kate Faulkner.

With his genial personality, straight talking nature and extensive knowledge of landlords, Paul has become a frequent TV personality in the world of buy to let. He has appeared in numerous programmes on BBC One, ITV, Channel 4, and is a regular on Channel 5’s hit series ‘Nightmare Tenants, Slum Landlords’, now in Series 6. On radio, Paul has featured on Radio 5 Live, Radio 2, Radio 4, Radio London and Talk Radio and has also co-hosted the ‘The Property Hour’ with Clive Bull on LBC Radio. As Paul continues to fight for landlords’ rights in a post-pandemic market, for the first time ever, Paul has used his vast experience to launch this bespoke course for landlords.
